At BetterHABIT Movement Concepts, we focus on incorporating a sustainable and holistic approach to movement in your daily (professional) life. I firmly believe that regular physical activity not only enhances your physical fitness but also uplifts your mental well-being, guiding you towards a balanced lifestyle.

In our modern society, we increasingly find ourselves sitting. Whether it's in the office, in front of the computer screen, smartphone, or in the car - many of us spend the majority of our day in a seated position. However, this behavior often negatively impacts our body and health. Prolonged sitting can lead to poor posture, muscle tension, back pain, and restricted mobility. Moreover, it can reduce circulation, decrease energy and focus, and elevate the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Having spent many hours at the desk myself, I've personally experienced the repercussions of extended sitting. However, I've also discovered methods to mitigate these negative outcomes and enhance physical health.
