In addition to strength and endurance, flexibility is the third elementary pillar of physical fitness and thus (especially in health-oriented training) indispensable. Unfortunately, most studios lack the space to set up an elaborately designed flexibility circuit.

The Flex-Spot is completely manufactured in Germany (in the Bergisches Land). The selection of high-quality materials and the variety of exercises allow for perfect mobility and fascia training in the smallest of spaces.

The FlexSpot mobility training is a great addition to my studio's usual focus on strength and endurance. We have a Five flexibility circuit in the studio and are super happy with it.
